Q1: Do you also handle recruitment? No. First Immigration is strictly an immigration legal and relocation expert company. We do not search for candidates; we solve the problem of ensuring that the candidate you have found (whether Filipino, Indian, or Ukrainian) can legally start work.

Q2: How long does it take for the employee to arrive? This depends on the nationality and the permit type. From strategic countries (e.g., Serbia, Ukraine - National Card), the procedure can run its course in as little as 3-4 weeks. For those arriving from Asian countries with a general permit, it is worth calculating 2-3 months.

Q3: Can you help with the accommodation of employees? Yes. Through our relocation division, we assist in finding worker accommodations or renting managerial apartments, and in the legal verification of lease agreements, which is essential for address registration.

Q4: What happens if the employee leaves? We handle "offboarding" as well. The validity of the residence permit ceases with the end of the employment relationship. We assist in the official deregistration and the closing of employer obligations so that no legal risk remains with the company.
