Framing the Project
We assess the number of employees to be brought in and their nationalities. We determine the most efficient permit type (e.g. National Card vs. Blue Card) for the specific project.

Questions About the Corporate Service
Q1: Do you also carry out recruitment? No. First Immigration is a purely immigration law and relocation specialist firm. We do not find candidates — we solve how the candidate you have found (whether from the Philippines, India or Ukraine) can legally start work.
Q2: How quickly can the employee arrive? This depends on the nationality and permit type. From strategic countries (e.g. Serbia, Ukraine — National Card), the procedure can be completed in as little as 3–4 weeks. For nationals of Asian countries with a general permit, 2–3 months should be expected.
Q3: Can you help with employee accommodation? Yes. Through our relocation division, we assist with finding employee accommodation or renting managerial apartments, and with the legal review of rental contracts — which is essential for address registration.
Q4: What happens if the employee leaves? We also manage the "exit" procedure. The residence permit expires with the end of the employment relationship. We assist with the official deregistration and closing of the employer's obligations, ensuring no legal risk remains for the company.
